Off-site events are attendee favorites at each conference! We'll handle all the arrangements — including the promotion — of your event at a location of your choice. Contact your sales representative to discuss the possibilities available in each city.
Human Resource Executive® Cover Photo Promotion $30,550
Our professional photographer will take attendees' photographs that will be featured on 8 x 10 mock-ups of our magazine's cover. Your logo appears on the cover frame, invitations, photo pages and more. Contact your sales representative for full details.
Attendee Bags/Portfolios $23,030
We'll include your company's logo and marketing message on one side of the quality bag that will be distributed to all conference attendees.
Registration Area $15,000
Make your company’s logo one of the first attendees see when arriving at the show. Your four-color art will appear on the kick panels of the registration units where attendees pick up their credentials and on signs that we will produce for this area right outside the show floor.
Audience Response System $17,000
Sponsor the system that allows attendees to vote on questions posed at sessions with results immediately shown on large video screens. Your logo will appear on cling stickers on the handheld units every attendee will use to vote, on the video screens before and after the sessions and on signs at the entrance to the session rooms.
Cyber Cafe $15,000
We'll set up workstations in the Expo Hall where attendees can surf the net and check their e-mail — with your company’s home page as the web browser default. We’ll also produce a four-color drop-down sign over the cafe that recognizes you as the sponsor.
Day 2 Box Luncheon in the Expo Hall $9,400
We'll insert the promotional piece you supply in all of the "lunch boxes" conference attendees receive and we'll supply signs recognizing your sponsorship. You can provide napkins and cups with your company's logo for added exposure.
Day 1 Luncheon $14,100
Your company will take center stage at this high-profile event attended by virtually every conference attendee. We'll recognize you from the podium, plus provide signs that can be seen throughout the event by the audience. We'll also hang your company's banner behind the staging if you provide it.

We’ll produce your company’s four-color logo on signs outside the press room, use your company’s home page as the default home page on the room’s computers and give you the exclusive opportunity to furnish cups and napkins for the refreshments we’ll provide.

You’ll be the only company with your logo and message on the hotel keys that attendees will use at all conference hotels. Gain exposure before, during and after show hours!
Program Materials $9,000
Attendees access program materials online after the event. We'll print a four-color insert with your company's logo for the show bags that provides attendees with the password to access the materials. Then your link and logo will appear prominently on our home page for months after the event.
Massage Stations $9,000
Help attendees unwind during a long day on the show floor with 10-minute upper body massages -- and get your message in front of them while they’re feeling their best. Work with our conference staff to determine the best location for massage station. Signage will be provided, and you can even have the massage therapists wear logo shirts that you provide.
Expo Hall Floor Plan $8,900
Your company's four-color ad fills one of the plan’s four pages and your logo is placed in a prominent position on the plan itself.
Expo Hall Aisle Signs $8,900
We'll incorporate your company's logo with the show logo on four-color drop down aisle signs in the Expo Hall.
Day 1 Ice Cream Reception $7,500
We'll produce signs that thank your company for this late afternoon treat on Day 1. Maximize your exposure by providing napkins with your company's logo for all the stations.
Day 1 Dessert Break in the Expo Hall $7,500
Attendees will enjoy a complimentary dessert in the Expo Hall following Day 1’s luncheon. We'll produce signs recognizing your company’s participation. You can provide napkins and coffee cups with your logo to boost your name recognition.
Banner Signage $7,000
We’ll produce and hang your four-color banner in a strategic location at the conference — a great way to drive traffic to your booth.
Refreshment Breaks $6,000
We'll produce and place signs with your company’s logo next to the refreshment tables. You can provide napkins and cups with your logo for added recognition. Sponsorship breaks on Day 1 morning, Day 2 morning and/or Day 2 afternoon.
Session Notepads $5,500
We'll place the notepads that you provide on each seat at the general sessions and at the entrance to all of the session rooms throughout the event.
Continental Breakfasts $5,500
We'll produce and place signs at the food stations recognizing your company. For added exposure, you can provide cups and napkins with your logo. Sponsorship opportunities available for Continental Breakfasts on Days 1, 2 and/or 3.
Raffle Sponsorship $5,170
Two lucky attendees will go home with $500 cash! As the sponsor, your logo will appear on the raffle cards and signs about the raffle at the Expo Hall entrance and at the ticket tumbler where we’ll draw the winner. Plus, your booth will serve as one of the raffle stations.
Schedule of Events $5,000/day
Your logo will be featured on a flyer listing out the following day’s schedule of events, which will be delivered to attendees’ guest rooms each evening.
Expo Hall Carpet Stickers $5,000
Eye-catching and hard to miss! Place your logo and booth number strategically on the main walkways of the Expo Hall. We'll adhere six of your four-color logos (approximately 3' x 5') to the Expo's carpeted aisles in high-traffic areas. A great way to reach attendees as they tour the exhibits! Just provide us with your logo and we'll do the rest.
Registration Pens $3,500
The company pens that you provide will be used exclusively at the registration area – making your company’s name one of the first sponsored items attendees see.
Exhibitor Lounge $2,000
Are you marketing to the exhibitors? If so, then this is the sponsorship for you. Get your message in front of our exhibitors as they head into this lounge, stocked with beverages and snacks. Tables and chairs are provided, so be sure to bring literature that exhibitors can browse through as they take a break from the show floor.
